We, the members of Sigma Phi Theta, pride ourselves on recruiting only the finest individuals. An invitation to join Sigma Phi Theta is a commitment for life, and thus requires the utmost consideration by both parties.  A unanimous decision from the active members is required in order to receive a bid to join the organization.
